What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Record is the record of the entire existence of your soul and its future potentialities. Each of us has this storehouse of knowledge available to help us to fully realize our purpose in this lifetime. The purpose of the Akashic Record is to assist you in your personal growth and transformation.
What does Akashic mean?
“Akasha is a Sanskrit word, and means ‘Primary Substance’—that out of which all things are formed. It is the first stage of crystallization of Spirit . . . This Akasha, or Primary Substance, is of exquisite fineness and is so sensitive that the slightest vibration of an ether any place in the universe registers an indelible impression upon it.”
How does the reading work?
The Consultation, or Reading, is a one-on-one conversation between a reader and the person whose Records are being read. A reading can be in person or over the phone, and it can be tape recorded for future reference at the request of the person whose Records are being read. (Please ask in advance for recordings – recordings are not available at fairs, fests, or expos.) Most readings are 30 or 60 minutes.
The reading begins with the Pathway Prayer©, some parts of which are said out loud and some are said silently. The Pathway Prayer Process© provides a reliable and deliberate way to move into and access the consciousness of the Record responsibly, in a disciplined, conscious manner. All information discussed during a reading is held by the consultant in the strictest confidentiality.
The primary experience of being in the Akashic Record is one of being both known and loved. Having this opportunity to be understood and accepted is positive for everyone. Being in the richness of the Record can help people in every area of life. Insight and guidance from the Record can assist all of us to see our work in the highest value and deliver our goods and services in the most loving manner possible. Personal relationships naturally improve as we come into greater understanding of our patterns and needs from a soul level. This non-judgmental dimension fosters easier loving, compassion, and harmony with others.
Being in the Akashic Record is a distinct experience. Perceptions, awareness, and insights not commonly available are natural to the Record. There is an absence of judgment and a presence of kindness. For some, there is a dramatic shift in the senses and sensations, but for most it is much more subtle. A combination of clarity, emotional stillness, and illumination characterize this dimension. Sometimes the way we know we have been in the Records is by how we feel after closing. Returning to an ordinary state of consciousness, it can be easy to detect the differences.
The reading closes with a short prayer.
Will an Akashic Records reading predict my future?
The Akashic Records hold our possibilities and our potentials, but are also respectful of the individual’s right to free will. An individual might be encouraged to examine an area that they can improve to bring them closer to their potential. Or they might be directed towards acknowledging a strength that they already have but aren’t fully utilizing.
Is this a psychic reading?
When reading the Akashic Records, (which is only done with the permission of the person being read), the reader has access to selective information which will enhance the personal growth and transformation of that person. It is not a psychic reading in the sense that the reader is receiving impressions from the Akashic Records, not from their own intuition.
Is this like a past life regression?
No. The Aksahic Records may give you information regarding a past life if it is relevant to a current situation. A past life regression is a process that takes you to your own past life typically through meditation or hypnosis.
How to prepare for an Akashic Records Consultation
To prepare for the Consultation, consider the areas of your life about which you want information, clarity and understanding.
People usually ask about health, work, finances, relationships, family of origin and creative expression. Think about those areas of your life that seem to be hard to change.
Bring your questions. If you write them down, you’ll cover more ground and get more from your session. Know that the Reading is a sharing of the Energy of the Records. The Spirit of Light and Truth will be available to uplift you and illuminate your journey.

Akashic Record Beginning/Practitioner Classes
The Akashic Records meet you at your present level and is appropriate for everyone. You will learn to access the Records for yourself and do readings for others. Upon completion of the 9-hour, live, in-person class you will be recognized as a Certified Practitioner of the Pathway Prayer Process© to access Akashic Records. (No alcohol 24 hours prior to class).
